COMING DOWN ON DEADBEAT PARENTS

* This is a great article and it features one of my “difficult” serves.  The Client told me that the Sheriff’s Department tried to serve Dr. Pierson 18 times but with no success.  I served her after 4 hours of surveillance and took a picture of her driving away with the papers on her windshield.

against someone and they defaulted on their judgment. So I had to go back

to court to get papers to serve this person to appear for examination. I

was so frustrated! I went to the Sheriff's Court Services to serve her

the paperwork at the end of December. They only serve paperwork from like

8-4pm. This person works all day and I only had her home address. So, they

tried 3 times and were unsuccessful all three times. The Defendant's gate

was locked and notices were left for her.  The Sheriffs returned my

paperwork by January 10th, saying that they were not able to serve her.

I was completely frustrated!  My court date was for the end of February.

I thought to myself, what am I going to do? I have to get her served.

So, I waited for about a month and I looked on the Internet for Process

Servers in my area. I called a few places that were very expensive.

I saw Luginbill Investigative Services Inc. and I gave them a call.

type to go above and beyond what I requested or even expected him to do.

That was exactly what he did!! I told him I wanted him to try and serve

this person the best he could, because I knew this was my last chance at

trying to reach her because she was hiding out. He did his homework before

trying to serve her. The next morning, he went out and caught her as she was

trying to leave for work, since she had to unlock her gate to get out.

She pretended she didn't know what he was talking about but he already

had a clear description of her and knew what she looked like! He dropped the

papers at her feet, took a picture of her next to the papers and it was done!!

Even the Sheriffs couldn't even serve her! He served her the next day after

I hired him! AMAZING! I highly recommend Rick Luginbill to do any kind of

process serving or investigative work! His prices are very reasonable too!
